Software Design and Software Architecture are the two most important phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. Both sounds confusing sometimes, let’s understand the differences clearly.
There are lots of REST and API terminologies we come across in software development. For example REST, RESTful, APIs, Web APIs, Web Services, etc. just to name a few. It’s always confusing for most of the software developers and architects, and they start using these terminologies in a wrong context sometimes. Let’s clear the confusion between these various terminologies used very frequently nowadays in software development.
A Data Engineer should be able to design, build, operationalize, secure, and monitor data processing systems with a particular emphasis on security and compliance; scalability and efficiency; reliability and fidelity; and flexibility and portability. A Data Engineer should also be able to leverage, deploy, and continuously train pre-existing machine learning models. – Google
There are many design principles that have become best practices over the years. Using these principles we can develop scalable and maintainable enterprise application with time tested approaches.
During my certification exam preparation, I’m making my notes for easy last-minute reference.
